Oasis Spas are not chains, each has its own individual style, culture and look. But we share a deep commitment to our guests. Through this website we are hoping to stay aware of our client’s wants and needs and keep ahead of the new trends in the industry. We love your input. Please use our message boards to share information with us. Let us know what is really working for you. This helps us create more exciting spa treatments that you'll love. Also, brag up your spa. We want to share your great experience with others. We don't allow spa bashing because we know that 99% of the spa bashing reviews come from our own competition. But we do want to hear all about your amazing experience.
Why don't we want negative reviews? Mostly because they are not an accurate representation of our spas. Every spa no matter how hard we try will have days that just don't go as planned. The most important part of a great spa is how they handled the problems. If you have a problem make sure that the spa is aware of the situation. I think you'll be surprised how much they do care and want to give you an amazing experience.
